| Position Summary: |
|
Responsible for securing new
business accounts and managing
existing accounts through effective utilization of consultative,
solutions-oriented sales skills and
internal company resources. The
major objective of the position is
to increase the Pet Wellness Plans presence
in veterinary practices. The
position will be measured via new
account penetration, increased
sales, and overall corporate goals. |

| Responsibilities: |

Achieve sales goals through
effective utilization of company
resources and information.

Execute tactical sales plans
that achieve the desired result
and customer satisfaction.

Create and deliver formal
presentations to customers.

Monitor competitive activity and
provide feedback to management.

Progress existing accounts
aggressively and achieve account
specific goals.

Penetrate new accounts

Manage ongoing accounts to
maintain a high-level of
customer satisfaction.

| Desired Qualifications: |

Proven sales background in
Veterinary related field.

Demonstrated leadership
abilities, self-motivation, and
experience in a fast-moving
company.

Excellent written, oral and
presentation skills (interfacing
with executives).

Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail.

and ability to work with many
departments to service a
customer.

Responsible for
the complete support of Pet Wellness Plans
executive staff. |
| |
| Responsibilities: |
- Coordinate marketing
activities including, but not
limited to, advertising, direct
mailing, meetings, customer
events and trade shows
- Interface with sales
representatives, customers and
executive staff
- Preparation and analysis of
sales and marketing reports
- Process expense reports
- Make travel arrangements,
schedule appointments, reply to
routine inquiries
- Prepare correspondence,
memos & reports
- Communicating with
veterinary clinics
- Maintaining company
accounting
- Veterinary payment
processing and collections

| Desired Qualifications: |
- Relevant experience (2-4
years)
- Experience in Marketing &
Sales administration
- Excellent oral and written
communications required
- Able to work with limited
supervision
- Excellent computer skills to
include proficiency in Microsoft
Word, Excel, PowerPoint &
Outlook programs.
